I'll admit to putting myself in a position where I could be hit if another driver decided to be an asshole, but only at low speeds (stop sign) or driving in the same direction. Although what you and KaZ are suggesting makes sense from a legal standpoint, it's simply insane and not at all feasible. If you have to swerve bad enough to go off the road, then stopping short of that would probably result in a head-on collision. And who here would want to risk that? Old geeZer's Club
